Your order is dispatched within 1 working day, often the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), then delivered by FedEx from our European warehouse in 3 to 7 working days. An order of several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel: each one travels protected, and you receive tracking for each parcel.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. The piece must come back unworn, complete and in its gift box. Write to us first: we'll confirm the address and the steps to follow.
Care
Do gold and silver finishes tarnish?
Most of our necklaces are made of stainless steel. This metal won't tarnish on your skin and won't leave a green mark, unlike the alloys commonly used in costume jewellery. The finish stays stable with everyday wear, as long as you keep it away from chlorine and fragranced products. The material of each piece is given in its details.
How do I care for it?
Take it off before the shower, the pool and sport. Put your perfume on before your necklace, never after: alcohol damages the finish and dulls pearls. Store it somewhere dry in its gift box, away from your other jewellery so they don't rub. A soft, dry cloth is all it takes to bring back its shine.
The organic beads each have their own soft, irregular shape, reminiscent of pebbles or handmade jewellery. This artisan-style beaded necklace has a natural, joyful presence. Wear it alone, over a simple outfit, to let the shapes and colours speak for themselves. An artist's piece, made to be noticed.
The coral and the turquoise suggest summer and the seaside; the lilac and the off-white bring a pastel softness; the brown and the dark green suit autumn outfits. Every shade sets a different mood: pick the one that suits your wardrobe.

Our chains measure between 39 and 48 centimetres, with a 5 to 7 cm extender. A length of 40 to 45 cm falls just below the collarbone and suits most necklines: that's the one to choose if you're unsure. Under 38 cm, the necklace sits at the base of the neck. Over 48, it falls onto the chest and can be worn over an open shirt, or doubled in two loops. The exact length of each piece is given in its details.
Choose the one you already wear, not the one that shines the most. Silver blends with greys, blues and black; gold warms up beiges, off-whites and warm colours. If you wear a watch or a ring every day, match the necklace to it: it's the simplest guide, and the safest.
