That is the moment we wanted to put at the centre. At Maison Fermoir, we choose every necklace for that moment: the one where you fasten it and the day can begin.
Our team only keeps pieces that are made to be worn. Fine necklaces for every day, motifs that tell a story, a heart, a clover, a moon, faux pearls that catch the light.
Most designs come in a gold or silver finish. And almost all of them are designed to be worn together: a choker, a longer chain, a pendant in between. That is how we see jewellery, as a combination that feels like you rather than a single piece.
Your orders are sent from our European partners, in the heart of the Benelux. Allow 3 to 7 working days to your door in the UK.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is processed by Shopify: your card details never pass through us.
Where do you deliver?
To the United Kingdom, as well as France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Every order ships from our European warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is dispatched within 1 working day, often the same day, then delivered by FedEx in 3 to 7 working days. An order of several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel.
How do I choose the right length?
Worn high at the base of the neck, a necklace frames your neckline. Just below the collarbone, it goes with almost everything: that's the length to choose if you're unsure. Longer, it falls onto the chest and can be worn over an open shirt, or doubled. The exact length of each piece is given in its details.
Can I give a necklace as a gift?
Of course. Every piece arrives in its gift box, ready to give. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Haven't received it? Check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.
I gave the wrong address, what should I do?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as the parcel hasn't left, we correct the address. Once it has been dispatched, it comes back to us and we send it on to the right address.
My parcel is late, or it shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
First check your letterbox, your collection point and your neighbours. If the parcel still can't be found, write to us with your order number: we'll check with the carrier and get back to you.
My jewellery arrived damaged, what should I do?
Send us a photo and your order number. Your statutory rights apply: we repair, exchange or refund, and the return postage is not at your expense.
Can I return a piece of jewellery?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Return postage is at your expense, and your refund follows as soon as the piece is back with us. Everything is set out in our returns policy.

Where do your necklaces come from?
We select them from European partners, and they are shipped to you from Europe.
Do the necklaces tarnish? Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our necklaces are made of stainless steel: it won't tarnish on your skin and won't leave a green mark. The material of each piece is given in its details. If your skin reacts to certain metals, check it before ordering, and feel free to write to us.
Can I wear them in the shower? How do I care for them?
Take your necklace off before the shower, the pool and sport. Put your perfume on before it, never after. Store it somewhere dry in its gift box, and a soft cloth is all it takes to bring back its shine.
