Who sells

Maison Fermoir is the trading name of Vande Wiele Michael, a sole trader registered in Belgium.

• Address: Rue Neuve 93, 6280 Gerpinnes, Belgium

How to reach us

contact@maisonfermoir.com +32 488 83 19 04 (a Belgian number: calls from the UK are charged at your provider's international rate)

We read every message and reply within two working days. Please include your order number if you have one: we can answer faster.

What to write to us about

• A question before you buy, about a length, a finish or a delivery time
• A return or a refund, within 14 days of receiving your order
• A faulty item, which is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
• A mistake in your address, as soon as possible after ordering
• A question about your personal data

Before you send anything back

Please email us first. We will confirm the return address and how to fill in the customs form: your parcel travels from the UK back to the European Union. A parcel sent without telling us can get lost, and we would not be able to match it to your order.
