Your order is dispatched within 1 working day, often the same day, then delivered by FedEx from our European warehouse in 3 to 7 working days. Weekends and bank holidays don't count, and an order placed on a Friday evening starts being processed on the Monday.

Delivery to the United Kingdom costs £4.95, and is free on orders over £65.

A tracking number is provided for every order. You receive it by email when your order is dispatched, and you can follow the parcel right to your door.

An order of several pieces may travel in more than one parcel and arrive on different dates. You then receive tracking for each parcel, and you only pay for delivery once.

Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is validated. As long as the parcel hasn't left, we can still stop it: write to us at contact@maisonfermoir.com with your order number, as soon as possible.

Once it has been dispatched, the order goes ahead. You then have 14 days from receipt to return it to us, without having to explain why.

Write to contact@maisonfermoir.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and the steps to follow, then you send the piece back in its original gift box, with its labels.

The piece must come back unworn and complete: you can try it on just as you would in a shop. Return postage is at your expense, unless it arrived damaged or doesn't match your order, in which case we cover everything.

You have 14 days from receipt to tell us you are returning your order, with no reason needed, then a further 14 days to send the piece back.

We refund you within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, to your original payment method, including the original delivery costs at the standard rate; we may wait until we have received the piece or proof that it has been sent. A piece engraved at your request cannot be returned, unless it is faulty. Every necklace is also covered by your statutory rights against defects.
