Where we deliver

The United Kingdom, Northern Ireland included. The delivery country is chosen at checkout: the list shown there is the one we serve today.

The £65 threshold applies to the order total after discounts. The delivery charge applies to the whole order, whatever the number of pieces, and includes UK VAT.

How long it takes

Delivery by FedEx, once the parcel has left	allow 3 to 7 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening is therefore prepared from Monday.

These are the times we see in practice. An exceptional event, the festive season or a customs check can make them longer: if so, we let you know by email.

If we have not agreed another date with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. You receive it by email when your parcel is dispatched, and you can follow it to your door.

Customs and import charges

Your parcel ships from our warehouse in the European Union and crosses a customs border.

Orders of £135 or less (value of the goods, excluding delivery): UK VAT is included in

our prices and paid at checkout. You have nothing more to pay on delivery.

Orders over £135: UK rules treat the parcel as an import. UK VAT is not charged at

checkout; import VAT, customs duty and the carrier's handling fee are payable by you, collected by FedEx before delivery.

Several pieces, several parcels

Your order normally leaves in a single parcel. If one piece is not available at the same time as the others, it may be sent separately and arrive on a different date. Each parcel travels protected, you get tracking for each one, and you only pay for delivery once.

Packaging

Each order leaves in its box, inside a silver envelope, ready to give. There is no price inside the parcel. As it travels from the European Union, the customs declaration attached to the outside of the parcel shows the declared value of its contents.

A mistake in your address

Email contact@maisonfermoir.com with your order number as soon as possible. While the parcel has not left, we correct the address ourselves. Once it has been dispatched, the parcel comes back to us and we send it again to the right address.
