This page explains when, how and how much we refund.
The terms of the return itself (the time limit for telling us, the condition the piece should come back in, who pays for sending it back, what cannot be returned, your rights if a piece is faulty) are in our returns conditions.
You can cancel your order until 14 days after the day you receive it (the last parcel, if it arrives in several), without giving a reason. The rest of this page explains what happens next.
We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive the piece back, or the day you send us proof that you have posted it, whichever comes first. The refund goes to your original payment method, at no charge to you. You don't have to do anything.
The refund covers the price of the piece and the original delivery charge you paid, up to the cost of our standard delivery. If you return only part of your order, the delivery charge is not refunded.
Refunds are made in pounds sterling, for the amount you paid.
If a piece comes back in a condition that is not what we expected, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. The condition we expect, and how you can try a piece on without affecting it, are described in our returns conditions.
You pay nothing: we cover the cost of sending it back, and we replace, repair or refund it. If you reject a faulty piece within 30 days of delivery, we refund you in full within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund, with no deduction. Your rights are set out in our returns conditions.
