Care
Do gold and silver finishes tarnish?
Most of our necklaces are made of stainless steel. This metal won't tarnish on your skin and won't leave a green mark, unlike the alloys commonly used in costume jewellery. The finish stays stable with everyday wear, as long as you keep it away from chlorine and fragranced products. The material of each piece is given in its details.
How do I care for it?
Take it off before the shower, the pool and sport. Put your perfume on before your necklace, never after: alcohol damages the finish and dulls pearls. Store it somewhere dry in its gift box, away from your other jewellery so they don't rub. A soft, dry cloth is all it takes to bring back its shine.
The scarf necklace swaps the chain for fabric: it hugs the neck, keeps the hearts lying flat and stays soft to the touch. Resin gives the hearts their full colour, and haematite adds a dark, metallic gleam. This mix of fabric, colour and shine gives the necklace its easy-going character, simple to wear with jeans.
Dark blue sets a calm, deep note, perfect with light outfits and denim. Wine red warms the complexion and makes more of a statement, especially in autumn over camel or black. The cord adjusts by a link: snug against a crew-neck jumper, looser in the opening of a shirt.

Our chains measure between 39 and 48 centimetres, with a 5 to 7 cm extender. A length of 40 to 45 cm falls just below the collarbone and suits most necklines: that's the one to choose if you're unsure. Under 38 cm, the necklace sits at the base of the neck. Over 48, it falls onto the chest and can be worn over an open shirt, or doubled in two loops. The exact length of each piece is given in its details.
Choose the one you already wear, not the one that shines the most. Silver blends with greys, blues and black; gold warms up beiges, off-whites and warm colours. If you wear a watch or a ring every day, match the necklace to it: it's the simplest guide, and the safest.
